CANDLE CARE
* ALWAYS BE SURE TO TRIM WICKS 1/4" (BOTH WOOD AND COTTON) BEFORE EACH USE
* DO NOT BURN LESS THAN 2-3 HRS THE FIRST COUPLE OF LIGHTINGS. SOY WAX TENDS TO TUNNEL DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE CANDLE WITH THE FIRST COUPLE BURNS. THE FURTHER YOU GET DOWN THE CANDLE, IT WILL PULL FROM THE SIDE OF THE CANDLE.

DAMAGE
All of our products are carefully inspected before shipped. Your order is always packaged with shipping and handling taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at thefarmgirlcandles@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
